The women
who built Alleviate
into what it is.
We built Alleviate because most women have been let down by the fitness industry. She’s done the classes, tried the cardio, followed the plans — and she’s still not where she wants to be. Not because she hasn’t worked hard enough, but because nobody ever properly taught her how to train, how to fuel her body, or why any of it matters for her physiology specifically.
We don’t just give women a programme. We give them understanding.
Because a woman who understands her body is a woman who cannot be sold another shortcut. Technique and education are inseparable at Alleviate. Every movement has a purpose. Every client understands what that purpose is.
There is no shortcut to this standard.
The women who train at Alleviate are looking for a coaching environment that takes them seriously — one that combines genuine exercise expertise, real nutritional education, and a standard of individualised programming built around their life.
Our clients are real women who deserve to win. That is not a tagline. It is the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.

Nicole McInally
Strength coach with over a decade of experience working exclusively with women. Nicole is the body side of what we do — programming, technique, progressive overload, women’s physiology. Members say she sees things about their bodies they didn’t know were there.
Stephanie Paterson
Stephanie is the head side of what we do — the reason women keep showing up when it gets hard. She builds the relationships, gets to know what’s actually going on beneath the surface, and creates the kind of space where women can be themselves. Members describe her as the reason Alleviate feels the way it does.
“Nicole is incredible for my body, Steph totally gets my head. Between them we’re making really good progress.”— Linda, member of 1 year
